A short five minute video to help your with any tension you might have whilst working at a desk. Sitting down for long periods of time is not very good for the body but with some gentle movement, you can change the way your body is feeling surprisingly quickly.
We start the video with a gentle intake of breath and some supported neck rolling. We also perform some gentle seated bending and twisting to get the spine moving. There is also a small standing posture if you have the space in your office!
