Semi-Supine Yoga Warm Up

One of my aims as a teacher is to provide you with the confidence to practise at home. Some of you do already and have mentioned that a warm up video would be helpful to get you started. Please click on this link for a 10 minutes lying down warm up video.

You can practice it on its own in bed or out of bed to get you started with your day, or you can use it as a warm up before you move onto your own practice. I will post a seated and standing one in the next few weeks.
