Welcome to a 25 minutes audio designed to help you drift off to sleep. Many of you at the end of the class, after relaxation, have said “I nearly fell asleep there, I wish I could listen to this at bedtime.” Well now you can!

I would recommend you get into bed and get yourself comfortable before you start listening. It might take a few minutes of your brain fighting the process and my voice before you find yourself a bit more relaxed. Keep going..
